Two students from the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences (CHSAS) made history on Oct. 25-26 when they competed in the equestrian portion of the Special Olympics Illinois fall games in Rockford, Ill.

Shane Blake and Tom Shimoda, both of Mt. Greenwood, were the first athletes from Special Olympics Chicago and from a Chicago public school to compete in the equestrian games during the statewide competition. Click here to read more about these incredible athletes!
