Today we are kicking off our first Athlete of the Week! This week’s athlete is Connor Fallon from Norwood Park. Connor loves to participate in all of the sports offered by Special Olympics Chicago. He is involved in basketball, soccer, flag football, swimming, skiing, softball, snowshoeing, floor hockey, gymnastics, powerlifting, golf, tennis, bocce, and track and field (he competed in Pentathlon the past several years).
Connor is a very thoughtful guy! He truly enjoys the camaraderie with his teammates and the other parks’ athletes. He has plunged in the Chicago Polar Plunge for the past four years with his sister Katie. He sang the national anthem for the 5K part of the 2017 BTN Big 10k.

He can’t wait to get back to work at both!
He likes playing computer games. Cactus McCoy is a favorite. He has a great interest in dinosaurs, sharks and WW2 airplanes.
