Thank you to everyone who joined us on September 8, 2019 for our 7th Annual Midway Fly Away 5k at Midway Airport! In conjunction with the Chicago Department of Aviation and Southwest Airlines, this annual event helps support thousands of Special Olympics athletes throughout Chicago. Participants had the unique and fun opportunity to run directly on the airfield while the planes are taking off and landing! This is a great race and an opportunity to support our athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
